A few days ago, we spent the day at the studio for Mallory’s winter photoshoot—and once again, I realized how lucky I am to have been working with this team for 8 years. We’re not just “colleagues” anymore, we’re family. And that’s not just a word—it’s trust, harmony, and genuine joy that we show up together every time.

What keeps us bonded? The truth is simple: no one wants to be anywhere else. No one has ever felt they didn’t belong. And that fills me with gratitude. We’ve all grown together over the years, taken this beautiful journey—and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

• Hair: all the styles had a natural, effortless finish.
